What we do
A service starts with a conversation: when the vehicle was last serviced, how it is being used and whether anything feels different. We then carry out the work required for your service interval — typically engine oil and filter, and the air, cabin and fuel filters and spark plugs where they are due.
While the vehicle is with us we check the items that affect safety and reliability: brakes, tyres, suspension joints, steering, lights, battery and charging, belts, hoses and fluid levels. Anything that needs attention is recorded on your job card and explained before any extra work is done.
When the service is complete, the work is added to your vehicle's service history with us, so you always know what was done and when the next service is due.

Car Servicing: frequently asked questions
How often should I service my car?
Follow the interval in your vehicle's service book — it is usually given as a distance or a time period, whichever comes first. Dusty roads, heavy traffic and frequent short trips are considered harsher conditions, so many vehicles in Nairobi benefit from the shorter "severe use" interval. If you are unsure, tell us your make, model and mileage and we will advise.
What is the difference between a minor and a major service?
A minor service focuses on engine oil, the oil filter and safety checks. A major service adds items due at longer intervals, such as air and fuel filters, spark plugs and other fluids. Exactly what is included depends on your vehicle's schedule.
Will you do extra work without asking me?
No. If we find something that needs attention, we explain it and send you an estimate. Work only goes ahead once you approve it.
Do I get a record of the service?
Yes. Every job is recorded against your vehicle, building a service history you can refer to — useful for maintenance planning and when you sell the car.
