You receive a clear quotation before anything is ordered, and we can fit the part in our workshop where we offer the relevant service.
This is a request-and-quote service, not an online shop: every request is checked individually, because the right part depends on your exact vehicle.
What we do
Getting the right part first time matters more than getting any part quickly. We use your vehicle details — make, model, year, registration and, where available, the VIN or chassis number — together with any part number or photos you can provide, to identify the component your vehicle actually needs. Vehicles imported from different markets can use different parts even when they look the same, so this step saves time and money.
We then check suitable sourcing options. Depending on the vehicle, the part and what you prefer, that may be a genuine/OEM part, an aftermarket replacement or a used part. We tell you which type we are quoting for — we never describe an aftermarket or used part as genuine.
Your quotation sets out the applicable costs, such as the part, sourcing, shipping and any other charges, so you can decide before anything is ordered. Once you approve, we order the part and keep you updated through a private status link until it arrives. You can collect it, or have it fitted by Lionized Autocare where we provide the relevant workshop service.
